But I'll say it straight away - this stencil is not for beginners and is difficult to use.
 
It contains many, many, very small parts and is very unwieldy.
 
This is the best way to proceed:
- By bending it slightly you can better see the elements to be removed.
- Do not remove the stencil from the carrier material, but vice versa. 
- Place the stencil on the table with the adhesive side facing up and then stick the paper on top.
- When removing: peel the paper off the template.
