Handlettering workshop for beginners In this workshop we want to get into the topic of handlettering in a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The focus of the workshop is brush lettering. We will learn the basics of brush lettering with a brush pen. A brush pen is a felt-tip pen with a brush-like, supple tip. There are lots of different brush pens that we would like to explain and show you in more detail during the workshop. After a short round of introductions and a warm-up, we will show you what the individual letters have in common and how you can internalize and learn them more quickly. In the course of the workshop we will then put the letters together to form words and at the end we will work out a joint project. We will bring you some templates for this. But of course we are also happy to support you with your own ideas. Each workshop participant receives 2 brush pens, a pencil with eraser, a pad (with very smooth sides) and a paintable frame. There are also lots of pens from different companies to try out. We will be at your side the whole time and will support you and give you tips on the pens and the design of the project. There will be small snacks and refreshments in between. The particularly nice thing about a workshop like this is that you get to know like-minded people and maybe meet up to practice and exchange ideas in between.
