There is a set of 10 stars on a stencil:
5 x 1 cm, 4 x 2 cm and 1 x 3 cm
These stars each have a circle as an outer boundary (see photos).

The dimensions refer to the width of the individual stars.
 
I also recommend backing paper. All stencils (including existing ones) can be filed neatly and dust-free.
